The first change I made today was to reduce my walking goal from 10k to 8k per day. I almost never hit the 10 so I'm starting by reducing to an achievable goal.

This weekend taught me two very valuable lessons:

1. Ask for help.
2. Take my fitness more seriously.

I am going to start recording efforts to increase my movement and decrease my weight. I know this is sensitive for a lot of people so all these posts will be tagged #mygoals so you can mute.
