Bring a valid photo ID
A driver's license or state ID works. No ID? You can get a free voter ID card from your county board of elections.
• Vote at YOUR assigned precinct only
On Election Day you must go to your designated polling place - not just any location. Find yours at ncsbe.gov.
• In line by 7:30 PM? You can still vote
NC law protects your right to vote if you're in line before closing time. Stay in line - don't leave.
Choose your party ballot
Republican, Democrat, or Nonpartisan (if unaffiliated). You may only vote in one party's primary.
Absentee ballot? Drop it off today
Mail is too slow now. Deliver your completed absentee ballot to your county board of elections by 7:30 PM.

North Carolina voters: #NCPrimaries decide who fights for us in November. Low turnout means YOUR vote packs a bigger punch tomorrow.

Stay in line past 7:30pm if needed.
