re: Constitutional Obligation ~ Because the 45th President caused the January 6 Insurrection, he has a disability that prohibits him from working in US Government (Amdt 14.3). The entire *47th Presidency has been illegitimate since January 20, 2025 (Amdt 20.3).

Impeachment isn't needed. It was found he violated the Constitution's qualifications for a Presidential candidate in 2024 and is dismissible per Amendment 20 Section 3 ~ unless Congress votes to remove his disability for having incited the January 6 Insurrection.
