Thanks to #TheFinnishBolshevik for reading this interesting post-WWII book on the penetration of U.S. capital into revisionist Tito’s #Yugoslavia. The USA eventually destroyed Yugoslavia and its socialism when Clinton’s US bombed it in the 90e to kill it.

While there are at least a moderate number of issues on which he and I likely wouldn't (necesarilly) see 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 "eye to eye", there are yet 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 more of his assertions which I can 𝘢𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵—and in some cases 𝘋𝘖, and 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 so—agree with.
#Parenti was also one of the few (and he payed for it) to challenge mainstream media coverage of the Yugoslav Wars (after the this 1999 visit there), uncovering the agendas behind the Western talk of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and democracy.
