Second box: Expression measure (STAR/Salmon) using the nf-core/rnaseq pipeline. Third box: data normalized with the TMM method from EdgeR package. Fourth box: Normalized values, gene annotations and dataset metadata are consolidated into a database made of parquet files accessible through an API to feed the web interface.
