There are currently 2 #DeathRow inmates that I know of who could be #ProvenInnocent by #DNA testing but the #Courts refuse to #Allow the testing in one instance ( #RodneyReed ) and refuse to wait for the #Results in the other ( #JamesDuckett ) . That doesn't look much like #Justice to me.
So, #ProvenInnocent I thought it was a pretty satisfying ending and I think that, if it is true that it wasn't renewed, probably for the best, since as interesting as the cases of the week were, the driving force was the Rosemary murder plot and they tied that up nicely.
What I got from this week’s #ProvenInnocent is that we should only have atheist judges. Your perception of your beliefs should have no place in deciding law.
Watched the first episode of #ProvenInnocent Very enjoyable, smart writing, all the characters are interesting and I don't know how long it plans on taking to tell the real story behind Madeline's false conviction but I think I've already solved it based on the first ep.
