Recently just did my first Psyiko 1cc (kinda). Samurai Aces is the first game made by Psyiko back in 1993. Nevertheless, it's still one of their best titles and overall strong first game by an iconic shmup company (same ones behind Gunbird and Strikers 1945) #arcade #psikyo

Been playing a lot of the Psikyo shmups. Gunbird 1-2, Sengoku Ace 1-3, Dragon Blaze. So far pretty good. Except for Sengoku 3, that one is pretty bad.

Space Bomber (1998) by #Psikyo is next level aesthetic trolling. The stupid, pre-rendered sprites and static backdrops feel bad on purpose. Setting that aside, this game kinda rules. The claw mechanic that allows you to capture and attack with your foes is big addictive fun. #arcade #retrogaming
