This is my OC Loredana firing up her freeze ray. Loredana is a Raticate, which is a Pokemon that just looks like a big rat. She specifically has droopy ears and gray whiskers because she's kind of old. She's got a big smug grin and she's holding a blue old timey pulp scifi ray gun with the Pokemon 'ice' symbol on the side. The tip of the gun is glowing blue and making a VWOOOOOP noise.
