If we get rid of ICE, then what?
They bring back the INS instead. They would just fold most or all of the ICE agents into INS probably. Instead of DHS, INS would be under DOJ again. So we go from bad(Noem) to worse(Pam).
And if we get rid of ICE, DHS would still be around. #ReformICE might be best
