In terms of the #NBA draft lottery, Adam Silver said at #ssac26 that “we will make substantial changes for next year,” but don’t expect huge changes right away. “I am an incrementalist.” He mentioned WNBA lottery taking last two years’ record into account and the arbitrary cliffs of pick protection
