The Ladypool Rd is one of Birminghamβs busiest and most vibrant streets. But poor parking, speeding and dangerous driving make it unsafe. Imagine what it could be with safe streets, space for people and thriving local business. Time to act - pedestrianisation must be on the table.

Still not sure why I cycle Ladypool Rd - even with scooters & delivery riders it feels unsafe. Weβve seen awareness with the Bahu Trust, the teenage pedestrian thrown into the air & most recently a 22yo killed at Stratford/Ladypool
