The SAVE Act Would Hurt Americans Who Actively Participate in Elections Many voters who cast a ballot in 2020 wouldn’t be able to provide documents proving their citizenship under the SAVE Act. And even many who have the documents would have to find a new way to register ...

If passed, this legislation could severely restrict voter registration opportunities and prevent millions of eligible citizens from exercising their right to vote.
