Low Pallet Artwork of a chubby Rumia from Touhou Project, this one specificality is in a new design compared to how i normally draw her. The art is actually a screenshot with a "Shader Glass" Cathode Ray Tube filter i have on. I wanted to experiment with it a bit I just took a plunge. Please give feedback, i really would like some... In the image items can be found such as: Soap, several crosses along with a bible, Ash from TEIN/ The end is nigh. So as MOTHER (which he's trapped within, similar to the nevermore ending in the game.) Several pieces of dubious meat, as well as a depiction of a detached human hand with blood. Reimu's yin yang orb can also be spotted within the mess of pure darkness. Other items include rumia's ribbon, several bats in the same style as the ones i customize her socks with :3, "Rumia.png" (a reference to a drawing that was meant to be rumia, but ended up just being a smear of the color red with a happy face on it.) A dark fountain (like from deltarune, as well as that little black ball thing you see in chapter 1 and 3 that shoot bullets at you.) Some human teeth, Fake/ False Rumia's "Ribbon-like accessory", One of mimi's Rubbes, because ofc i had to put her in this artwork somehow. Abd my signature. Text in the background reads "Meat, Rum🍺, Blood, and Fat" Images in the background are an edited image of rumia's background from Touhou 6 EOSD, and An edited image of meat set to have its luminosity to fit with the black background, to give the allusion of liquid darkness.
Fun fact, i wrote this alt text first since it was faster to write with this image then the other one due to the CRT overlay. So retro am i right lads? Also all of the things sinking into the darkness is meant to be a reference to False Rumia/ Fake rumia, a touhou fan character I made. I should draw her more.... I discovered that Marine's 4th Fes was released in a 4:3 aspect ratio, so tonight I watched it through the #ShaderGlass program to emulate a CRT TV set.
It was amazing, especially the songs with Gawr Gura. Such harmony.
