If you watch 'Dirty Business' about the #ThamesWater and #SouthernWater scandal. It leads to 'Macquarrie' owned by Black Rock and Vanguard, who bought property low on the $ in Ukraine I believe? They own 13% of the UK BAE military arms group. Can't find who owns them.
