I like to break out the #SteelIsReal bike some nights. Our Monday HoP workouts have a slower 20MPH baseline tempo, and Fridays are 24MPH tempo. So it's a little "easier" to get away with steel on Monday nights. I was on the silver bullet Friday and will be again this Friday.
