Wanted to send my thoughts and prayers to the family of Stephen Lewis. He was a Canadian diplomat, politician and human rights advocate. He spent many years raising awareness of HIV/AIDS and served as UN envoy for HIV/AIDS in Africa. Rest in peace Mr. Lewis.

Other than #JackLayton I can’t think of another opposition leader in Canada’s political history who made such an imprint on the national consciousness as #StephenLewis.
It was some of the best radio I’ve ever heard. They were magic together. Three of the most thoughtful & erudite political minds the country has produced. To me, #StephenLewis was the star…What was lovely was that for all their differences those wise men cared for each other.
