69th and Tecumseh circled in red at the north side. Just south of the circle appears to be a wide taxiway with various ages with of markings, suggesting this was also much wider in an older iteration, before getting narrowed to its current width . Highlighted (I marked next to the markings, not on the markings, to make them easier to see) are the yellow markings you can see show through, that all seem to suggest we're looking at very abandoned and stranded parts of the Tulsa International Airport apron.
That actually might be confirmed, since I'm seeing those yellow stripe "you're about to hit the edge" markings and a taxiway edge marking.
