Again, the episode gets off to a promising start, but then devolves into complex backstory/exposition and villain monologuing, and I lost interest. Tried to squeeze too many ideas in. Visually lavish and well acted, though #DoctorWho #TheStoryAndTheEngine

Disagree entirely. 15 only remembers fragments of Fugitive and the majority of the memories are still in the fob-watch. Because opening it off-screen would be TERRIBLE writing.
