Intentions of transport sector employees to leave the job: is workplace mobbing truly a catalyst?
Surveying 440 employees in Lithuanian transport companies, this study finds that abusive task assignment and employees’ well-being are the strongest drivers of quitting intentions—making prevention and ethical leadership central to creating a safe, trustworthy workplace.
