Once again very close to greatness here, lots more to unpack that's endemic of the whole match. This plan is the right one, but executed poorly (The winner of this stage shot the same plan, but better.)

Classifier for the day -- fastest shooter of the day had a half second faster draw time, a half second faster switch to weak hand, and faster transitions and splits. I shot this very clean, but pretty slow and safe. Mid-B class run. Not my best work by far.

My worst stage -- stumbled out of the shooting area on the last swinger made me have to wait for the next swing. Also my only miss for the whole match on the first swinger. Shooting Paper-steel rather than steel-paper would have potentially given me just enough tempo to time this.

One of my best *percentages* on this stage, coming in just around ~80% of the best run at this competition.

This might have been one of my better placements here, starting to breach the top quarter of my local competition Overall, and the top 10 in my division.

SAMINA BATCHIN' RAT BASTAGE!!!!!! After this stage, I disassembled the slide to check the firing pin and promptly lost the firing pin stop. I guess it was nature's way to put me out of my misery.

Final stage of the day (after the classifier I posted earlier), definitely the most fun one for me, lots of overconfirming and a pretty major malfunction in the middle made it kind of sluggish. Ended one handing it on the last target because I was starting to lose my earpro, too 😅

Third stage of the day -- a short one this time, unloaded start where I missed my magwell some with my magazine, then some pretty inefficient target order choice. Pretty good hits on paper, I gotta completely stop trying to shoot makeups, I think.

Second stage of the day, brain completely melted after I hit the no-shoot and I was deciding to make-up. You can also see stage planning break down there, too. People's walkthroughs were very overlapped here so it was hard to get a GOOD "burn-in" of the plan.

First stage of the day -- probably the one with the most "urgency" and also the most malfunctions on the open gun. Felt like my shooting was pretty good here but my homie who is of similar skill level gapped me by 9 seconds.
I bought an *even lighter* recoil spring after today.

Classifier for the match I had today, had some kind of weird issue with my mag carrier on the first string that seemed to grab my mags more? I can't replicate it -- no idea what happened.

For international women's day i shot a match 💃💜
Still had some issues with the Glock open gun, but overall things ran much better than before, for example, I actually managed to shoot the classifier completely (before I managed to not even finish due to feeding issues)

Shot the Glock Open Gun at a match and holy fuck. When it was working (more on that deeper in the thread) it was like riding the lightning. I need more of this. It's fucking awesome.

Eighth and final stage of the day and another A class run. Lots of things highlighting here about movement though, not enough "exploding" out of positions, and an issue on the draw due to the layout of the stage.

Another of those stages where it could have easily been an A class run, if not for a miss on the middle target of the last array. One handed shooting comes up in these competitions and it's not something I dry fire often -- I should change that probably. Better movement here though

This is one where the points and shooting is there, but the aggressive and urgent movement is not -- something I definitely struggle with is moving *really* fast and speeding up/slowing down on a stage. Sixth stage of the day, B class run.

Fifth stage of the day, its getting really soggy now out there -- again these steel poppers are slowing me down some and I'm pretty sure I'm not picking "a spot" on them to shoot and am instead reacting to my dot just passing over them. B class run.

Second stage of the day and a frustrating one -- reloaded for zero reason between the two arrays here which I realized the moment I did it was for no reason. Reload made me slower AND threw me off enough that I missed once 💀 worst performance of the day for me.
