I've been making my own yogurt for years in keeping with #cleaneating. I'm not a meat eater, so I eat a lot of dairy. After years of using a crockpot, I'm thrilled to be using the #UltimateHealth yogurt maker and will be following Dr. Williams' protocol to make L.Reuteri yogurt.
