For me, they were primarily fake accounts. To describe it best, it's like someone watching you through your bedroom window. I deleted all other social media & am finding I may have to axe this platform, too. These inhuman ‘nats’ are infiltrating everything.

Curating my feed has made it easier for me to stay sane. I had to leave about 200 friends behind on Facebook & 5,000 followers on TwiX, because everything was making me sicker, and now I'm getting better.
Toxicity is out of my life.
