I know today #Applefitness will slam my #VO2Max back down. It basically down-rates after any days runs are not outside. With the last two runs indoors from constant rain, I expect today’s VO2MAX to go from 38.9 to 38.7, maybe even 38.6. Prediction made here. 😜
