By comparison, Trump won the district by 7.5%. Cooke is running it back in #WI03 and has the support of everyone from the Blue Dogs to Senator Bernie Sanders. She's raised a hell of a lot of money. Like NC, Wisconsin has a statewide race: Its open governor's race. A strong candidate might carry her.

Adding onto this, regardless of what the maps are #WI01 and #WI03 are on the map in this environment. It will be more difficult for D’s then it should be with a fairer map, but no R is safe in this environment, no matter how entrenched or what the lean of their seats are
