I am up this early because I had my second rotator cuff surgery last Tuesday. My foot got caught in my blanket getting out of bed and I fell directly on the shoulder I had the surgery on. I tore it really bad and now my sleep is COMPLETELY off!! @waytooearly.bsky.social #AliOnTooEarly #WayTooEarly
