I rent from the Allegheny County Housing Authority, #ACHA. Is every employee a "coffee drinker"? My rent is due on the 5th of the month, it takes them 2 or 3 days past the 5th to Auto pay. I understand if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, but not every month.
