Mostly disappointing day. Can't get usable audio from the cheap piezos, even with preamps and DI boxes. Plus side I have the best Groan generator and I managed to get the eBow to do things.

Will spend next weekend testing piezos and DI boxes until morale improves.

I am indeed, a poor craftsman. I have built in an error somewhere. Possibly the base and now there's a yawning chasm where the reverb panel meets the Gurdy/Guitar deck.

Do I plough on and finish it anyway and call it rustic?
