A Blue Jay has draped itself sideways from right to left across a rotting log to bask in the sun, with tail spread open and head tilted back and upward. The body has fluffed up gray to gray-blue feathers and the bird has a bold black "necklace" which gets wider behind the head. A striking bird in an unusual pose in the bright sun. #Satellite #Backyard last night when I had Dodger (my dog) out to pee, looking up I saw 3 satellites. Usually I see one, but this time 3, each going in different directions. North to South, South to North East, and West to East. The one going South to North East got really bright for a few seconds.
