Random (maybe obvious?) useless headcanon:
Steb rarely calls Caitlyn by her name, and normally just refers to her as the sheriff. It's supposed to indicate the respect he maintained for her even after their friendship broke off, while Scar usually calls her sheriff for the opposite reason
