As frustrating to progressives as this might be, this is actually a big sign that even moderates feel they can voice their criticisms of ICE. Gray's district is about 66 percent Hispanic. In 2020, #CA13 voted 10.9 for Biden and in 2024, it voted 5.4 for Trump.
