I liked the curd, but with 50/50 orange/lemon it is much milder than full lemon. So if full lemon curd is too much for you, try doing it this way! #cookieparty
Also my mom did not have a double boiler or a silicone-coated whisk; curd tasted just fine made in a metal pot w/a metal whisk.

Here is the recipe so you can have your own #CookieParty and maybe share some with someone else! (I don’t tend to add the salt on top, and add a little more chocolate and nuts, and made some yesterday without the nuts.)
