I hope to deliver and I believe I will. Everyone has experienced bad leadership, most scoff at "Co. Culture" and #CorporateCore became a rally point for Gen Z criticism. One way: highlight the profit/loss of leadership... loudly. Rather than fighting the sys, show boards the cost of bad leadership.
