Ayer me vi la película #DerTiger sin muchas esperanzas porque ahora cualquier te cuela cualquier cosa y al final me gustó mucho. Es un poco tramposa pero es de esas trampas que puedes volver a ver si te gusta el tema de los blindados nazis en la segunda guerra mundial.

I’m a bit of a tank fan. One of the most unusual and enjoyable movies I have watched recently is Der Tiger, a weird, twisted tale about the crew of a German WWII Tiger Tank. The plot twist is first class.

🪖 Technically well-made World War II film for sure. Even if the battle sequences aren't much to write home about. Esp. compared to Fury. Would've definitely been better if it had been tighter lengthwise. Won't list what #DerTiger reminded me of 'cos it would kind of spoil the film. 🤫 #TheTank 📽️🎞️

🪖 I think my expectations for #DerTiger were too high to begin with since I read someone compare it to Das Boot. So no wonder really that it ended up being a bit of a disappoitment in the end. 'Cos it most certainly ain't no Das Boot, or even Fury in my books! #TheTank 📽️🎞️
It is still with checking out, particularly if you like anti-war films... or films about tanks blowing each other up. See, something for everyone :-)

Yesterday, I read a completely scathing review of #DerTiger / #TheTank.
It wasn't clear to me whether the critic understood what the #movie was about, which admittedly seems rather strange at first. I really like the fact that not everything is presented and explained on a silver platter. #filmsky
