A rough work in progress of a 28mm miniature. Sculpted from green stuff and million. The figure is bipedal with a long neck, however it is currently just sticky and blobby. It lacks any discernible details outside of a neck, legs, and round rump.

I was feeling like working on something I could call my own. Still very rough, but I’m liking the shapes so far! Details coming in the coming days after I practice some fur techniques… What could it be?!?!

A diy needle point sculpting tool made out of a brass rod and sewing needle. Used for epoxy putty sculpting.

Several DIY sculpting tools made with needles, brass rods, brass tubes, and oven bake clay.

One of my favorite parts about green stuff sculpting is making my own tools. I decided I could use a finer needle tool, so I made one! It joins my menagerie of other DIY modeling instruments.
