#Schmerzen seit 48h zu hoch. Schmerzmittel ausgereizt. Entspannung, warmes Wasser, Akzeptanz, nach innen kommunizieren, mit ❤️Menschen kommunizieren, Musik, Handarbeit. Vieles ausprobiert.
