Patersonia spirafolia (spiral-leaved flag) is a threatened plant in the Iridaceae family native to Australia. It has three-lobed flowers with prominent pistol and stamens. The distinguishing feature of pubescent, spiral gray-green leaves is also present in the image. In the background, a scrubby groundcover with rose-purple-hued flowers also grows.
