A sticker on a pole at the base of some stairs. This requires some explanation. The sticker is a variation on our local slogan, "Ithaca is Gorges." This one wants to tell us that Ithaca treats the poor disrespectfully and cruelly. But instead of reading "Ithaca hates poor people," it reads "Ithaca is hates poor people." I don't get it either.
