Today I swapped a lie-in for a stopwatch (iPhone) to be one of the timekeepers at War Memorial Park junior parkrun. There’s something uplifting about standing with my finger poised like I’m launching a rocket, while a stampede of small, turbo-charged humans hurtle past. 181 finishers. #juniorparkrun

#juniorparkrun was back today at #cardiffmet after being cancelled last week due to ice. Horrible rain and bitterly cold today but over 60 children bravely took part. I was scared to be tasked with scanning barcodes at the end, but it was fine. Thank you everyone who took part

She is stood on platform for zip slide at the park with my can of diet coke behind her and parkrun equipment behind. Plus a bag full of crisps that a fellow volunteer had sourced for small as they are the only ones he will eat and my local shops had run out.

Very cool addition to the postbox topper, it now has its own matching postbox! Lego minion is standing infront of the knitted mini postbox with the knitted street sign. Behind there are 2 parked cars, a tree and houses across the road.

Compilation photo of the knitted? Deciration on top of the post box. It is knitted scene of the nursery rhyme little miss muffet. There is also a pond with a frog, a tree with an owl in it. A small mouse, some toadstools, a hedgehog and of course the spider. I LOVE that someone is taking the time to do these, they make may day.
