Story of my life. #premox strikes again. These #Bordeaux whites from #Medoc #Pauillac and #SaintEmilion are all oxidized. The Petit Cheval is the colour of Yquem (perhaps because they share an owner, lol). They are all undrinkable. Even the Diam cork could not save Chevalier.
Finally, a #Boillot Mouchère that does not have #premox ! This is superb with great minerality and tension. Very long and opulent. Oak still does not feel perfectly integrated. Probably best in 5-10 years but enjoying it now. #Burgundy #Chardonnay #wine #Puligny
Sad. #premox strikes again. All 8 bottles of this Grivault #Meursault Clos des Perrières were oxidized, from mid oxidation to trying to be sherry. #Burgundy #Chardonnay #wine
