I had fun running the Homeless for the Holidays - Pennies from Kevan 5K this morning in Griffith Park on the horse trails. I finished 1st overall even with the wheels coming off half way through in the sand. It was a JOY running this one with my son Phoenix who won the youth division.

Great time running the Drumstick Dash 5K Turkey Trot in North Hollywood this beautiful Thanksgiving morning.

Over 4,500 runners in the 5K. I finished 75th oa and 4th in my age group.

I finished 5th. Pushed as hard as I could. Been sick the last 10 days w/ cold/respiratory. I also banged my foot hard yesterday & thought it might be broke on arch side. So I went with a more cushioned, less responsive shoe
