17. januar hadde SNO #Telemark motorferselkontroll i #Notodden og #Midt-Telemark kommune. Ein overtredelsesgebyr for ikkje medbragt løyve. To scooterførarar vert anmeldt for ulovleg motorferdsle i utmark. Ein av desse forsøkte å stikke av utan hell. #skuteroppsyn
