The satellite and radar over the Northland at 8 p.m. on April 8, 2026, shows a line of showers over the Iron Range region, extending south into the I-35 Corridor portion of Minnesota. The line of showers is rain south of Highway 169, with a mix of rain, sleet, and snow north of the highway. A heads up for the Arrowhead region as some of the snow showers could be heavy enough to reduce visibility and make roads slick to drive on as it passes through over the next several hours.
