Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four. 5. Exhale: Breathe out slowly and completely through your mouth, counting to four. 6. Hold again: Hold your breath for another count of four before starting the next cycle. 7. Repeat: Repeat this process for several rounds, or until you feel a sense of calm.
