Am beginning to accept that how much of my previous work I gave up as pointless may not have actually been that at all.

#NaPoWriMo first.

I predicted someone like Trump many years ago, in THE DEAD ZONE. So now I'm saying this--in the next 12-16 months, we're going to find out if the two machines for the removal of a man unable to fulfill his duties actually work. They are impeachment and the 25th amendment. He is deeply unwell .

Gen X collectively reliving Challenger, Columbia and Cold War nuclear holocaust anxiety all in the same week is a fucking lot, y'all.

Things that help calm the nervous system, quickly:

- Box breathing (in for 4, hold for 4, out for 4, hold for 4, repeat)
- Immerse your face in cold water (activates mammalian dive reflex)
- Humming (stimulates vagus nerve)
- Exercise (anything helps, outside even better)
- Impeachment and removal

Anyway, today I have lots of meetings. I may get my first paying arts job for a while. Gonna make a Mark 2 prototype of the Chapbook (paper changes) and my warmup will be to edit a wedding poem…

Also, Starmer out when, please, because if I’m going to damn my chances of travelling abroad forever I may as well ruin my chances at home as well…
