After saving to Photos, I could open the video on my iPhone and use Apple's built-in OCR to copy the text from the video and paste it into Notes.🤘🏽

A screenshot from my stream of Resident Evil Requiem shows a dark, ornate structure centred within a shadowy alcove, flanked by two thick, dark vertical pillars. The structure's top features a golden-coloured arch with celestial motifs, including stars and a moon, positioned above a rectangular section with four vertical golden panels. The base of the structure features three square panels: the leftmost is glowing brightly white, the middle contains a star symbol, and the rightmost contains a crescent moon symbol. Below the second and third symbols, blurry but accurate Braille lettering is visible.
Overlaid on the image is a video player interface. At the bottom left, a small rectangular webcam window shows a man with a beard and short brown hair, wearing a black headset and a dark polo shirt, in a room with shelves in the background.

Arguably, a massive missed opportunity!
Blind character? check.
Puzzle that features accurate Braille? Check.
#Accessibility to allow me and other gamers without sight to play without assistance? Not in this game unfortunately. Would love to see this change though!

pictures of new path to Dunbar station

The new path to Platform2 at Dunbar station is now complete.
The path creates a direct link to Platform2, the southern platform, to thousands of people living in new housing developments. It reduces the time to walk/wheel/cycle to the station and avoids an underpass.
The project is a partnership with ScotRail,East Lothian Council, and with funding from Transport Scotland’s Active Travel Infrastructure Fund (ATIF).
Scotland’s Railway’swork was led by Jo Noble ofthe strategy & investment team.

The Railway for Everyone team recently ran a pre-intervention survey at Dunbar to set a baseline for travel habits to the station before the new path opens. The survey was run over one morning, so is indicative only.
The results are interesting, recording a high modal share for walking/wheeling and cycling, lower for bus and car than the national survey conducted by ScotRail’s market insight team, see slide 6.
The public reaction to the new path was overwhelmingly, and very pleasingly, positive. Out of the people who were local to the area and did not say they lived on the other side of town, 87% said that the new route would be useful to them.
Other benefits mentioned by survey respondents included improved feelings of safety at night, a more accessible trip, a shorter route across town, and a safer and more pleasant cycle journey to the station.

In addition, Fife Council is completing a newly re-designed bus station, which integrates with Leven rail station as a wider transport interchange.
The rail and bus stations are connected by a path and controlled crossing, utilising a consistent design approach.
