Amazing and grim how many #adverts I’ve seen for #supplements to help #diabetes in the last week. So many are so excited for it to just be #berberine. Which I’ve been taking for weeks, not sure how long it needs to do something so astounding. Others, more variety of plants. Still, less can be more.
