On Wednesday, May 15, 2013, BNSF Railway (BNSF) 4851, 5462 and two more were leading a northbound intermodal train past Allard, into Tunnel Two and toward the horseshoe at Caliente, CA.
BNSF 4851 was a GE C44-9W. Reportedly it was built in 1998 serial number 50705.

Still a mess. An NBC5 heli now circling, but by the time we got there at 6.20am any action was already over. A blue suv-type car at the end of the east-side strip parking lot, police cruisers on each side, two trains on the platforms, travelers milling around.
