It doesn't matter who the Chicago #Bulls hire for these front office positions. At the end of the day, Jerry Reinsdorf is a cheapskate owner who lucked out on Michael Jordan at #3 in the 1984 NBA Draft. Without Jordan, the franchise has been mediocre at best.
