Totally winning today!
Found (free) parking bay near Post Office on my way out this morning.
When I got in at lunchtime, an #Evri delivery for OH, which was incident free! (IKR?!!)
And then after a supermarket trip, was home to receive a parcel from a company, who were using Amazon to deliver!

This is still going on. It's been happening for over a year. I haven't recieved anything in less than a 30 day period for over a year.
My letters are also 30 days late - which means I'm receiving fines for late responses.
my works new clocking in machine is face recognising and fingerprint.
I'm refusing to use that, what are they doing with my picture(s) #Evri #DHL #EvriPremium
Just took a delivery from #Evri. The delivery person, pleasant guy, told me the package had to be signed for. What a great idea, wonder why no one thought of it before 🤔. Usually it gets left on the doorstep, in the bin, behind it or in a neighbours porch. Refreshingly good customer service.

A rare good news tale about an #Evri delivery.
Particular retailer I use has option for delivery to my local Co-Op if I use ShopPay.
It's neither a drop off nor pick up point, so it's very odd. (Think it's due to previous courier DPP using it.)
Duly rated guy in app.
Asked if I wanted to tip him!
No notification that item delivered by this morning, so had to chase DHL today.
Chose to use WhatsApp. Very obviously automated or #AI but dead easy to use and instant results!

Sending to 🇺🇸 proving challenging. OH tried UPS but so much detail needed, so RM it will be.
Just aswell I wasn't as no word from anyone more senior.
Earlier this week, the utterly pathetic #Evri were suggesting I contact #MaerskUK who shipped parcel from 🇳🇱 to UK to discuss.
I mean really?
The delivery issues only start once they enter Evri's system.
Why on earth should I be chasing them?
I have completely stopped ordering from places that have their delivery attempts handled via #Evri
Unfortunately, sometimes you just don't know until it's too late.
Dear #Etsy sellers, please, for the love of god, stop using bloody #Evri for deliveries. Email "your parcel has just been delivered"
Strange, just returned home, nothing in letterbox or even left outside door, check photo "proof" driver posted...
So today the hated #Evri (customer service lot who respond to escalation via app), have pronounced that my latest parcel -a replacement for one they returned without attempting to deliver- is now considered lost. Yet again.
Have fired off e mail to management team I've been in e mail contact with.
However, bizarrely, said Co-Op isn’t delivery/pick up point for #Evri !
Notification last night that Evri had parcel.
Earlier told delivery between 19.00-21.00.
Then get app message to say delivered just after 3!
Went to collect it. All OK!
Have been told before 📦 couldn’t be there! Despite photo!
And still no appearance of my parcel via #Evri
No updates from either customer services or management, although status on app claims it’s at local depot.
Bizarre experience with another parcel though!
If I use ShopPay with retailer I use way too often, option to deliver to local Co-Op is default.

Replacement parcel for one returned last month, (with no attempt to deliver), now missing in action.
Senior management who I’ve been communicating with via email claimed it waa out for delivery yesterday. They lied.

Wanted to make a purchase today and phoned the company in advance of placing order, to enquire which company they used for deliveries! Bingo!
Appalling delivery by a shoddy #EVRI deliverer: literally in the street outside the house. Pathetic.
In their wisdom today, #Evri returned my parcel to the retailer "as courier unable to deliver".
To be clear the courier made NO attempt to deliver.
And despite communicating with staff after escalating the delivery, and emailing senior management I had contact with after the last debacle, no effect.

The dreadful #Evri have not learnt a thing after the debacle with my last delivery from them. After e mailing senior managers, an investigation was made into issue with 1 particular delivery. Feeble excuses given, no promisrs to learn from it.
Another parcel -from same retailer- delayed. Escalated.
Directly in front of my front of my front door is a metre high wall.
Where #EVRI have left my parcel can be clearly seen from the pavement (about five metres away)
Had they left it against the wall nobody could see it!
I won’t be home for another six hours - I hope it’s still there wee I get home 😕
#evri are the worst delivery company in the world.
Every single time they fuck it up.
If you sell online, please don’t use Evri.
EVRI have attempted delivery to the wrong building and then given up.
Every other delivery company manages this, somehow EVRI does not....I suspect something....

The paper is p**s wet through and falling to pieces as its touched.
I suppose I should be grateful it got here at all & good job its not water damaged.
