#ICANN83 GAC holds a minute of silence for past GAC member for the UK, Nigel Hickson, who passed away shortly after #ICANN82. The GAC also has an onsite memorial book for Mr Hickson for anyone who wants to sign it. And there will also be a short memorial ceremony at 5:45 pm, Prague time, tomorrow.
